  • Achieved – Annual expense savings in excess of $80MM by transforming the retail project execution model from external delivery to an internal project service organization.
  • Implemented – a strategic competitive advantage through a cross-functional methodology to deliver an enterprise print management and collateral consolidation model designed to reduce cost to serve over $20MM annually on like spend.
  • Eliminated – Reduced collateral obsolescence $250K annually by conducting a strategic assessment, consolidating the collateral vendor base, and bolstering project support.
  • Produced – $16M in annual savings via implementation of technology and store-level project visibility, which improved resource efficiency.

Ron served 3 consecutive terms as Chair of the Enterprise Governance Data Location Council, for a Fortune 50 retail organization to elevate the practice of data management relative to internal system storage, and tiered access of enterprise data as a business and operational priority.
